The following personnel changes more accurately reflect growing organizational and market opportunities, and of course the contribution of individuals to the growth of the company.
Charlie Van Winkle, previously the VP of Operations, is switching to the role entitled General Manager to better reflect his role managing our sales and installation work for Norwich Solar, Norwich EV, and RunTime projects.
Brendan Malley has the new title of Chief Commercial Officer to more accurately reflect his existing critical role and contributions to Norwich Technologies’ project development work.
Luke Cady has been promoted from Director of Business Operations to Vice President Business Operations to reflect and acknowledge the critical role he plays ensuring key corporate functions and systems are on track and running smoothly across all of our operations, as well as our growing assets division.
Robert Boylan has also been promoted from Senior Project Manager to Director of Project Management to better reflect Robert's role which has importantly evolved into overseeing and standardizing our approach to project managers across the Norwich Technologies’ divisions.
Dan Kinney transitions his role from General Manager of RunTime Solar (O&M services) to Quality Assurance and Safety Manager under the Norwich Solar company brand. Dan will be playing a critical role to ensure quality and safety procedures across all aspects of our O&M and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services.
